Mortgage Adviser Southampton, Hampshire OTE £60,000
Full time, permanent position, Claisse St Vincent are seeking Mortgage Advisers to join our whole of market Mortgage Brokerage in Southampton.
Established in 1992, Claisse St Vincent are widely regarded as the experts in mortgages and our advisers work with possibly the broadest range of clients and circumstances in the market. After 30 years of providing outstanding service, one thing we are not short of is mortgage opportunities, so the successful candidate need have no concerns about where their leads will come from.
We offer a competitive base salary + benefits along with a fantastic commission/bonus scheme with no cap. This role will require occasional travel to the Southampton office but you can be based from anywhere working from home.

Ideal Candidate:
- • Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent
- • at least 1-2 years of Mortgage Advisor experience
- • Motivated working towards KPIs & targets
- • Organised and ability to manage own workload with admin support
- • Proactive and capability to use your initiative
- • Driven to work well within a team and towards targets
- • Ability to build rapport and have an enthusiastic sales approach.
You will need to be fully qualified (CeMap) or equivalent.
